Founder & Chairman
Bill founded CIAI, which trains working professionals in applied and agentic AI. A Pakistani-American United States Army veteran and self-taught software architect, he has built trading, enterprise and AI systems since 1998, and is the founder and CEO of MindHYVE.ai, Inc., which builds ArthurAI™. He speaks on AI access and human judgment at universities, medical schools and international forums, including the ITU in Geneva and the East African Community in Kigali.
